do you ever feel like there’s a second world?
the first one is the world around us…
the second one is when no one’s around you.
when you take off that “social mask” and be yourself.
everyone has this world, but only a few use it.
and the best part is… you can start using it now.
because bro, the world I’m talking about is your true identity.
more specifically — your subconscious mind, where the true identity is located.
we’re programmed to be the same, average.
the next time you go out look around the environment.
everyone’s on their phones, headphones, and shit.
but why?
when you analyze it more deeply, you’ll see that no one is actually using those devices for a specific reason.
they just use it.
they do this because their subconscious mind tells them to do so.
and why it tells them to do this?
to escape reality.
as I said — we are programmed to be average.
the whole world is designed to keep you overstimulated, to the point that you’re addicted to stimulation and overstimulate yourself without the stimulus of the environment and society around you.
in short — you’ve developed a self-sabotage syndrome.
impostor syndrome, the devil at your shoulder, call it how you want.
but they are all the same, they have the same goal…
which is to keep you away from your true identity, your true self.
why do you think society keeps you overstimulated?
why do they want you to escape reality instead of being present?
it is for a reason, to make you dumb.
and why do they need you to be dumb?
so you won’t take actions they don’t want you to take. (realize you’re being lied to)
and those actions are fueled by your true identity, your true self.
because bro…
we both know what we want.
we might not know it on a conscious level, but we know it on a subconscious level.
you might think that you need more knowledge and life experiences to know you life’s purpose, but the truth is you already know it.
you just need to make the unconscious conscious.
and here’s how you can do that :
remember my talk about the second world, without any mask?
it is located in your subconscious mind, it is your subconscious mind.
everyone has immediate access to it, but barely anyone uses it.
why? because we’re programmed to be overstimulated, as I mentioned earlier.
I know you expect me to say some fancy solution to that problem, some “meditation 2.0” or some shit.
but the solution is simple, and you already know it.
let me ask you a question…
how would you connect to your subconscious mind?
by thinking, simple.
and how can you actually connect to the subconscious mind?
by thinking, on a deeper level.
hear me out…
all you need to do is just think.
but for you to get answers from your subconscious mind you need to give up on stimulation, in the present moment.
don’t think about 30-day dopamine detox or some shit, it’s bullshit.
all you need to do is give your full attention to your mind, to your thoughts.
even if you’re overstimulated daily, you can do that.
the only trouble is that it will take time.
but… how will you do that?
it’s simple bro.
just sit, close your eyes, and think.
yeah, it’s that easy.
and the best part?
it’s connecting all the knowledge you’ve obtained, giving you all the answers you need, by just connecting all the dots.
when someone asks me “how do you know it bro?”
I always answer “idk bro it just came to me”
I don’t explain how I exactly know something because I would have to give them a speech about the subconscious mind.
but as you’re reading this — here’s the answer :
1) I learn a lot
2) I then process this knowledge by thinking
the first step is simple, you just learn.
the second step is also simple, but you can do it in more ways.
here are some I’m using :
walking
journaling
meditating/visualizing
doing some “autopilot” tasks
there are probably more, but the main thing is to be able to think while doing those things.
the main point is — just think.
the chances are…
you have all the knowledge you need.
all you need to do is process it, connect with your true self, the second world, and just think.
in summary — think.
